By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

Each Wig Wardrobe unit is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards. For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all purchases are final.

We do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

This policy applies to all collections, custom units, promotional releases, and sale items.

We encourage clients to review all product details carefully prior to purchase.


Order Confirmation & Client Responsibility

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed and understand the product description, including length, texture, color, density, and specifications.

  • You agree to our All Sales Final policy.

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified, adjusted, or canceled.

All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery; therefore, changes cannot be accommodated once payment is completed.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Wig Wardrobe is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Carrier-related damages

Clients are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and that delivery locations are secure. Any delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.


International Orders

For our international clientele:

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in your purchase total.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

Wig Wardrobe is not responsible for customs processing delays or refused shipments due to unpaid duties. Refused international packages will not be eligible for refund.


Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to an internal fulfillment error, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the item in its original, untouched packaging

All claims are reviewed thoroughly before a resolution is determined.


Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Wig Wardrobe, you acknowledge and accept these policies.

We maintain comprehensive records of transactions, shipment confirmations, and delivery verification. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
